Randall Publishing buys Truckers News from NATSO
Tuscaloosa,
Ala. (July 8, 2003) – Randall Publishing Co. today completed the acquisition
of Truckers News magazine from NATSO, a national trade association
representing more than 1,100 travel plaza and truckstop owners and operators
nationwide. Truckers News is the No. 1 news and lifestyle magazine
for over-the-road truckers.
Randall Publishing has produced Truckers News on behalf of NATSO
since January 1999. While ownership transfers to Randall Publishing, Truckers
News will remain the official publication of NATSO under terms of
the agreement.
