Construction Equipment Consumption up 22% in 2014

In 2014, consumption of new construction equipment increased 21.7% compared to 2013. Additionally, January 2015 sales are up 23.1% compared to January 2014.

 

As a result, equipment consumption is now 37.3% of the peak January volume set in 2006. And for the first time since 2008, equipment sales are above the January 10 year average.
