As part of Randall-Reilly's product offering, Randall-Reilly will record the telephone conversations between Randall-Reilly generated leads and employees of the client company listed in the Sales Contract ("Company").
Company authorizes and consents to the recording of Randall-Reilly of telephone conversations between Randall-Reilly generated leads and employees of Company. Company understands and acknowledges that this service is voluntary and does not prohibit Company from the product purchase.
Company authorizes and consents to third-party vendors (e.g., Google), which may be utilized by Randall-Reilly, to record telephone conversations between Randall-Reilly generated leads and employees of Company.
Company understands and acknowledges that recordings of telephone conversations may be made, with or without an immediate notification that it is occurring at that time. Company understands and acknowledges that it may revoke its consent at any time by providing notice of such revocation, in writing, to Randall-Reilly.
Company understands and acknowledges that all recordings are subject to Randall-Reilly's privacy policy at randallreilly.com/website-terms-and-privacy-policy.
